User Rewards Policy

Too Much Stupid, LLC (TMS) currently operates a User Rewards program (UR) for My Pic Wins! (MPW).  Users with accounts are eligible to enter and win.

Entries to the program are automatically earned via two methods.  Whenever a user votes within a match while logged into his/her MPW account, the user earns one entry.  Whenever a user wins a match with a pic submitted as the user (rather than as "Anonymous"), the user earns three entries.

At the start of each month, an entry is automatically chosen at random from the previous month's entries.  The user (if eligible to win) will then receive an e-mail presenting him/her with several options for a prize.  (Prizes may vary or change without notice.  Please see the User Rewards page for a current list.)  The winner and his/her prize choice may be posted on MPW.

No user can be selected as a winner two consecutive months in a row.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not have an account in good standing (that is, his/her account is suspended because of violations of the Terms of Use), chooses not to receive the prize and/or participate for any reason, does not reply and select a prize in a timely manner (within 72 hours of the e-mail notification being sent for the first winner, or within 48 hours for each successive replacement winner), or was the previous month's winner, another entry will be chosen using the same random procedure.

TMS employees and employee relatives are not eligible to win.  UR is void where prohibited.

Accurate e-mail contact information is the responsibility of the user creating the account.  TMS will not be responsible for user error, unintentional data loss, or unsuccessful e-mail delivery (including, but not limited to, e-mails being blocked by a spam filter).

TMS reserves the right to cancel or modify UR at any time without notice.
