My Pic Wins! allows users to post pictures of themselves for public review.  Therefore, by submitting a picture, you automatically waive any privacy expectations you may have with respect to our use of your image/likeness.

When creating an account, this site collects a minimal amount of personal information in order to facilitate site functionality.  Your e-mail address and birthday will remain private, though your handle, gender, and age (derived from your birthday) may be publicly visible.

Your e-mail address and/or personal information may be used to contact you regarding this site and/or your account, but it will not be shared with or sold to any third party without your consent.  Exceptions will be made, however, when sharing your information is required to comply with subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, when we wish to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, when we feel sharing your information is necessary to investigate or prevent illegal activities, fraud, threats to personal safety, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
