Users of the My Pic Wins! site (MPW) are responsible for complying with all applicable federal and state laws applicable to their pictures, including copyright laws.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of copyrighted works is an infringement of the copyright holders' rights.  As a condition of using MPW, you agree that you will not infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way.  This includes (but is not limited to) posting copyrighted pictures to MPW or using content obtained from MPW as described above.

TMS may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of TMS and/or others.
